Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are: 

  • Domestic Orders:  5–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Dewristova is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs and Import Duties

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and work toward a suitable resolution.
